My original battery is over 15 months old now. It will last about the same length of time as my original battery does. This replacement battery for my Treo 680 will not hold a full charge. The phone's battery level display shows half a charge once the charger light turns green.
So, after 12-14 hours, you still don't know if it is fully charged, till you turn on the phone. so far Ok. When charge full, it does not turn to green (from red).
The worst part is that some how my telephone got knocked out of service and for hours my cellular company tried to troubleshoot the problem. It was the weirdest thing. I purchased two batteries for an upcoming long trip for my Palm 750v. Finally after over an hour on the telephone they were able to route me back to a tower, but only AFTER I put my original battery back in the phone. Beware, this battery could damage your phone. I should have know better for the price. Neither battery would take a charge and I let one charge for a couple of hours - NOTHING.
